These terms govern your use of firstaligned.com and the services provided by First Aligned LLC ("FirstAligned," "we," or "us"). By using our site or engaging us, you agree to them.
01Using this site
You're welcome to browse and use firstaligned.com for lawful purposes. Please don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.
02Our services
We provide IT consulting, web development, and custom AI solutions. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement governs that engagement.
03Proposals and quotes
Estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise, and aren't binding until both sides sign.
04Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, branding, and design — belongs to First Aligned LLC. Work we create for a client is owned according to that client's agreement, typically transferring to the client upon full payment.
05Client responsibilities
Great work is a partnership. To deliver on time, we rely on timely access, accurate information, and reasonable feedback. Delays on these may affect the schedule.
06Payment
Fees, schedules, and payment terms are set out in your statement of work. Invoices are due as stated there.
07Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and ask for the same in return. Specifics are covered in your engagement agreement or a separate NDA.
08Disclaimer
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Aligned LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for any engagement is governed by its own agreement.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
11Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
